Our Family Law Fees:

We believe that our fees are very attractive and competitive compared to the High Street solicitors. We have reduced our fees that extend to low-income clients and those on benefits can afford to access legal services bringing them into line with those who can afford legal services, so they are not at a disadvantage in society. Examples of some of our fees are below:

Family Matters/Divorce

Our fixed fee for a divorce is £700 from the drafting of Form D8 to the granting of the Decree Absolute if your case is straightforward. If you are on low income, you will be able to apply for fee remission once the application is submitted to the divorce court.

Child Arrangements Order

Our fees for court applications range from £600 to £700 fixed fee from the drafting of the application up to the first hearing excluding barrister's fees that is called disbursements. Some clients may be eligible to have these fees reduced if they are on low income. Please ring our office to find out more.
