Licensed Access to the Bar
Fosters Legal Solicitors Ltd has been granted a License by the Bar standard Board, therefore the above means that we can instruct a barrister of your choice directly without the need of a solicitors’ firm. However there are still some cases and situations in which you will need to instruct a solicitor’s firm or another intermediary as well as a barrister. Because we have partnered and maintain excellent working relationships with other firms of solicitors in order to continue with complex cases, we are able to advise fully on matters to ensure you receive the best service possible.
